The size for a separate toilet compartment should be at least 36x66 inches with a swing out or pocket door. While the numbers may vary in accordance with the unique characteristics of your bathroom space a standard toilet stall is 36 inches wide and 60 inches deep. Ambulatory compartment stalls are 35 37 width and have a 32 door which is handicap prepped. You want to make sure you are measuring exactly where the partitions will be placed because bathrooms are not always exactly square.

In a corner handicap stalls require a minimum of 60 x 60 compartment and is required with a minimum door size of 32 and the maximum size and more common is the 36 door.
